About Reverend Mitch King . . .
Reverend John "Mitch" King was born in 1941 in Tampa, Florida. He entered the Air Force at age 18. Retired from the Air Force in 1980. Rev. King is married to Mattie, has 1 daughter and 2 grand daughters. He is an ordained Assemblies of God minister.
Rev. King went into the ministry in 1981. He was an Associate Pastor at 2 different churches in Phoenix, AZ before starting Living Springs Assembly of God in Glendale in 1983. Rev. King resigned from Living Springs in 1995 to start Omega Alpha Crisis Center. He started 2 churches from 1995 to 2004. The crisis center had counseling services for all types of counseling, as well as furnished food and rent/utilities for eligible clients. The crisis center itself closed in 2004 and Reverend King at that time started missions projects to countries around the world. Rev. King continues to counsel families across the U.S.
Rev. King also is involved in Vision of Hope Medical Centers which is under development at this time.
